Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. However, full prepayment is required for all international orders.

Tracking your Himalise order is easy:
Log in to your Himalise account.
Go to the “My Orders” section.
Find your order and click on “Track Order.”
You’ll see the latest status and location of your package.
You will also receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
Returning a product on Himalise is simple:
Go to the “My Orders” section in your Himalise account.
Find the item you want to return and click “Request Return.”
Select the reason for return and upload any necessary photos (if required).
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery and the product should be unused and in original condition.
