About Himalise
Himalise is an online marketplace that connects customers with verified vendors selling authentic sneakers and accessories. All products are authenticity-checked before being listed or shipped.
Account Registration
You may browse without an account, but creating an account offers faster checkout and order tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our platform
Product Authenticity & Listings
Himalise lists products only from verified vendors. Our sneaker authentication process includes checks for stitching, design, insole/outsole, SKU, and QR codes. While we ensure vendors meet quality and authenticity standards, product descriptions and images are provided by vendors and may have minor variations
Pricing & Payment
Prices are set by individual vendors and may vary for the same product. Payments can be made via cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, or other available payment methods. All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on vendor location and your delivery address. Standard delivery within Nepal typically takes 2–7 working days. International shipping is available for select products with prepayment
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only if: The item is defective or damaged upon arrival. The item is proven to be non-authentic. The wrong product/size was sent. Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Some products (e.g., limited edition sneakers, accessories) may be non-returnable unless defective.
Vendor Policies
Vendors on Himalise are independent sellers bound by our Vendor Agreement. Vendors must follow our authenticity and quality guidelines. Himalise reserves the right to remove any vendor or listing that violates our policies
Liability & Disclaimer
Himalise acts as a platform and is not the direct seller (except for Himalise-owned products). We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by vendors or delivery partners beyond our reasonable control. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the vendor
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: List counterfeit or replica products. Engage in fraudulent transactions. Abuse our return/refund system. Violate any laws of Nepal.
Changes to Terms
Himalise may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
